Dispose Of Your Christmas Tree All While Supporting A Good Cause In Philly!

Ok I can't say much for myself because I'm a fake-tree girl (I know, shame on me) but for those who DO take on the task of getting a real Christmas tree to celebrate the holidays -- and are now wondering "now what the heck do I do with It"... look no further than The Philly Goat Project's Annual Tree Recycling Fundraiser!

Not only can you recycle your holiday evergreens, but you can feed the Philly goats as well! Clean up your decorations all while helping out the community... sounds like spreading holiday cheer even after the fact, if you ask me!

According to WooderIce.com:

Philly Goat Project’s “Tree Cycling” is a farm festival and a fundraiser for their non profit located at The Farm at Awbury Arboretum (6336 Ardleigh St.). A suggested donation of $20 per tree is asked to help support Philly Goat Project’s free programming all year long that includes goat walks, reading with the goats at libraries and environmental education in city parks. Christmas trees will be used to make wood chips that will eventually be used for trails and gardens around Philly.
