Disney's MagicBand+ is finally making its debut on the West Coast and will be releasing at the Disneyland Resort on Wednesday, October 26th. Last month, Disney announced that the band would be coming to the Disneyland Resort at the end of the year and honestly didn't think it would be this soon!
According to Disney Parks Blog, eligible cast members, Magic Key holders and Disney Vacation Club members are able to purchase the MagicBand+ first at certain Disneyland Resort locations. Those eligible will be able to purchase the band starting October 19th with a valid photo ID and valid confirmation that they are a cast member, Disney Vacation Club member or Magic Key pass member.
Once they're available on October 26th, you can head to World of Disney, Disney's Pin Traders, Emporium, Pioneer Mercantile, Tomorrowland Landing, Elias & Co., Trolley Treats, Oswald's, Seaside Souvenirs, Disney's Fantasia Shop, Mickey in Paradise, or Acrons Gifts & Goods to grab the MagicBand+.
