Swearing Is The Number One Way Americans Deal With Stress

Uhmm... In other news, water is wet. Lol! It's so funny, how cussing can destress a situation. It's so amazing how a word can make you feel better after something happening. You know?

You bang your toe on the dresser. You swear and it's like you automatically feel better, right?

Well... According to this study, cussing is the NUMBER ONE way people deal with stress. 

The average time a person utters their first curse word is 10:54 a.m. 

For some it's earlier. I know I utter mine as soon as I wake up. Like around 9am. Lol

Financial worries is the biggest cause for stress, followed by not getting enough sleep, health concerns and work.
